Image Props Issue

Sorry if this has been covered but, having an issue with image props.  In VW 2016 image props would render and export properly.  In VW 2017 and 2018 the image props render correctly but upon exporting the image they show up a grey planes.  I've tried several different file exports with the same results.  Thanks in advance.

Usually a class not visible causes objects to display improperly. Or class texture settings are incorrect. For testing paste one of the image props into a new blank test file. Add a 3d polygon “floor” and render.

1. Is he image prop a symbol? Edit the symbol 3d component and select all. Should be only a 3d object or two. Delete any 2d objects.  Select the 3d object(s). Make sure it has color fill (otherwise texture has no effect) and its is class visible in your render view  via Viewport and/or design layer settings. Edit the class of the object contained in the symbol and verify that the class texture is enabled. 

2.  Sometimes it helps to edit the texture image mask, change something, close the edit pane, edit again and change it back to orig setting, close again, rerender.

3. Post the test file here so forum can troubleshoot.

Thanks Benson and Jim.  It looks like the problem was a corrupt file.  A copy and paste into a new document resolved the issue.
