Editing Plant definitons from the Plant Data list as default.

Hi there,

 

I am about as fresh as they come. (Had Vectorworks software for a day now).

 

I've just completed a short TAFE course in using Vectorworks and had a question regarding editing a new plants definitions.

 

Every time I go to add plant information such as botanical name and all the other insertion options that come with it, the software gives me tow options:

 

1. Select infomation from the plant database (which opens as an external program regardless)

2. Access the Plant Data via a Plant List file (Preferred).

 

How do I make selecting the information from the Plant List file my default option and avoid having this pop up window ask me every time which choice I want to make?

 

I've tried looking for some sort of preference option in the Vectorworks settings but have so far failed to locate.

I get this pop-up but it then loads the plant data base filemaker.

I'm not aware of any default settings for this.
