This comes out of an other forum. I think the Design summit is a great thing but much of the time there is taken up with learning about new functions & getting some great inside into what are some best practices.
I participated in a Q&A session put on by our regional transit authority and some questions went without great answers we also got some idea of why things are they way they are.
Based on that kind of model, I think once or twice a year it would be a great way for NNA to get an idea of what the users think the needed Wishes are if there were a Q & A Wishlist Webinars that we could post Wishes to in advance. Here's what it would do:
- Engage the entire user base rather than just "Usual Suspects" for wishes
- Allow NNA folks to prepare for the event
- Feedback at the end of the event to vote up or down ideas
Put it out to the entire user base with a few reminders, offer prizes for the best ideas.
