Martijn Wingelaar
Helo forum users. I'm kinda stuck and need some help with marionette and python. I'm trying to make a object info tool with several dropdown menu's that will output a combined text file. But i can't get more then 3 fields. And if i turn it into a new tool i don't understand how to make it editable. Can someone help me with this? Greetings Martijn Dropdown.vwx Quote Link to comment
Marionette Maven Marissa Farrell Posted December 13, 2017 Marionette Maven Share Posted December 13, 2017 Here's an example. The concat node is not from our shipping library. I suggest using the ordered list to set up your dropdowns. If you fill up the 9 spaces, you can use the output from there into another ordered list (chaining them together) Hope this helps! Martijn Wingelaar
Yeah that works. So now i need to create a tool. And add a parameter to make it editable. If i'm not mistaken. But where in the script can i find the parameters and what does it need to be? (integer,boolen....) Quote Link to comment

AlanW
@Nico VindevogelHi, in the attache file is the dropdown menus. there is nothing to select from but the dropdown is there. The bit you were missing was adding the Parameters (see Movie at 4min 20sec in to video). HTH Dropdown_171217.vwx Quote Link to comment
