No objects are shown in any 3D view option

Just upgraded to Spotlight 2018 and started to create a new venue drawing today. 

But when I go to view in any of the 3d views nothing is drawn.   If I zoom in or out with the mouse wheel, the wireframe pops up for a split second, so it is there, but then goes away. 

 

I spent a couple of o=hours on the forums, and videos, tried a bunch of different settings but have had no luck, I know I am probably missing something really simple and will feel silly when I find out.

Does this machine have more than one graphics device? According to this report, it's currently using an Intel integrated GPU with only 32MB of VRAM, where the minimum for Vectorworks 2018 is 1GB. A machine that below the minimum specs would not surprise me if it could not run Vectorworks/display objects properly.

 

You can try going to Tools > Options > Vectorworks Preferences > Display and change Best Performance to Best Compatibility, but that only has a chance at bringing the obejcts back.
