Please include details of when this started, what triggers it, what version and service pack you are using, your operating system etc. It is not possible to troubleshoot anything from just this post.

it has been going on and on since i installed the latest version

, VW18 sp2, imac osX high sierra

 

trying to reach tech support on the phone right now
