Being able to apply oppacity or further reduce visiblity to greyed out layer or class

J. Wallace

Question

Haven't run into this before, but on a current project it would be great to have control over the opacity or depth of the greyed out layers or classes.

The attached image is an example of how I would like to  further reduce the visibility of some existing site features such as fencing while still having them there for reference.

For now, the one thing you can do (if they are layers, not classes) and if you're working with sheet layer viewports, is to click your viewport, click the Layers button, click Edit for a layer, and reduce the opacity slider. (This is similar to Viewport Class Overrides.)

But yes, it'd be nice to have further control over the display of greyed classes/layers.
