Attributes Palette Slow

Fellow Vectorworks guinea pigs, 

 

Since updating to V2018, the attributes palette seems particularly slow and hangs especially when trying to select an image/hatch or anything other than a solid colour actually. Same goes when you try and change any settings of the particular hatch/image. Theres a wait until the function selected appears. Anyone else experiencing this? Vectorworks technical have said no complaints have been logged so far...

Yes, this has been a problem since v2017.  I am currently sticking with v2016 because the 2017 and 2018 versions I have paid for cost me too much time.

I"m still experiencing this issue - Since everyone isn't complaining about it, I'm guessing that it is not pervasive. 

It takes about 10 seconds for the hatches to load in the attributes pallet. 

 

I've tried opening a blank file AND deselecting all external sources (cloud, workgroup files, etc) to limit the attribute pallet search to the file only.  The lag still persists.

 

Has anyone found a fix for this yet?
