Missing Heliodon Resources?

Has anyone ever experience this or seen this?  The typical Heliodon *.vwx files are in the locations they ought to be so I'm not sure if there is some other files.

Starting a new file still results in this message and I even re-installed 2017 SP-4.  This is on a co-workers machine.

Have you updated a custom workspace? If so, try removing and reading the Heliodon tool. Or try one of the stock workspaces first and see if the Helicon tool works from there first.

 

Often, tools and menu commands are updated in a way that is incompatible with the code contained in the previous version of the workspace even though it still has the same name.

Had this when I de-activated "show default content",

because I wanted to use my worksgroup data only.

And the Heliodon was not included there.

 

(from that time on I leave "show default content" on)

Thanks guys.  Based on your thoughts @Pat StanfordI recalled having seen something similar on the forum.  The workspace hadn't been customized, but I did edit it by removing the Heliodon tool and reinserting it back into the tools shown and that did the trick.
