Sorry, I mean Vectorworks Cloud Service Desktop App.

Seems I have the same issue, so it could be that the creators update broke something.

The generated error is:

I am currently getting this error as well, with the following configuration:

Vectorworks: 2018 SP2 Build 401138 64-bit

Windows 10 Home 64 bit, up to date.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "Vectorworks Cloud Services.py", line 5, in <module>
  File "DCC.pyc", line 9, in <module>
  File "PySide\QtGui.pyc", line 12, in <module>
File "PySide\QtGui.pyc", line 10, in __load
ImportError: DLL load failed: The operating system cannot run %1.

Web suggests this is a Problem with PySide importing OpenSSL and not finding ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll

Fixed!  This is indeed related to the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

I removed the folder:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Nemetschek\Vectorworks Cloud Services\

...and it works now.

Thanks to Alexander Sagatov for the technical support.
