VW 2018 FBX/C4D Export - Texture Image sources renamed

That is another real problem for me.

(It is like the state pre VW 2017)

Somehow the image Textures, that kept their original name in VW 2017 for the first time,

went back to get renamed inside VW 2018.

That is a real problems as this way it leads to :

a) textures not found although the (originals) exist in a common folder with 3D Apps Search Paths applied

b) unneeded duplicates of image textures.

The new naming scheme looks like :

"Material Name"_"Image Name"

And strangely that does not happen to all images, but the most part of images

If that is not replicable,

These were all Materials imported from C4D

and

they were likely imported between VW files in Ressource Manager

Adding tat least the name of the original Texture seems to be true for C4D imported Materials only.

RW Materials Textures will be exported :

"Material Name" Bump.jpeg

"Material Name" Color.jpeg

.....

And looks like that happens in latest VW 2017 as well.O.o

Was that changed by any SP ?

As I had already cleaned up and have thrown all these Texture Images - renamed by VW - out of my texture folder.

So C4D should miss these if that was always the case.

(Maybe C4D found these anyway in an older Projects Texture Folder by Search Paths, without me noticing ?)
