Dean
I seem to remember at one point seeing somewhere a technique to project an image onto a surface in a slide-projector fashion. I can't find anything in light objects or textures that helps me figure how how to do this. I'm trying to work out video projection lines and want to check for obstructions. Am I mis-remembering? Vectorworks, Inc Employee Dave Donley Posted May 13, 2004 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted May 13, 2004 Hello Dean: Try the Image Transparency shader on a 3D polygon, with a spot light aiming through it. This is the same shader that is used for Spotlight gobo textures. Quote Link to comment
Dean
Thanks, that helped. One more question: how can I indicate a rear-projected image so it shows on the opposite face of a "screen" object? Quote Link to comment
