Activeated on other devises

please can you help,I have not used my vectorwroks programme for a few months, when i now try and turn it on i get a message saying that it will not open as the liecence has beed activeted on too many other devises. This is not the case, i have never added it to any other devise.

I contacted my reseller and he said he couldnt help me. he didnt know why it would do this.

Email Tech@Vectorworks.net and reference this thread, they should be able to take a look and see what machines were activated and get you sorted out.

Just a question, did you upgrade hardware on your active machine? If yes it could have triggered another activation depending on the hardware change causing the number of activations to be exceeded. 

A major OS update can give a similar result too in some cases, but I have not noticed Vectorworks having a problem on that with the last few major Windows 10 updates in my case. If you have a Mac it might be different. (Or , e.g. if you migrated from Win 8 to Win 10 in the meantime)
