Change line color of elements that are "grayed"

I feel this is a simple thing, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to do it. Is there a way to change the line color and possibly thickness of classes/layers that are grayed out in particular viewports?

It is in VW Preferences > Interactive > Interactive Appearance Settings,

where you can set colors and partly some transparency degree or thickness.

(The color fields that have no color)

 

Not sure if it allows what you want.

But a good idea. Maybe I find a less transparent setting for surrounding geometry

in Group/Symbol/Extrude Edit Modes.
