0 Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted August 29, 2017 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted August 29, 2017 I have not seen this myself, but with that sort of error I would recommend reinstalling the Cloud Services application itself. You shouldn't need to wipe the contents of your cloud folder, just uninstall and reinstall the application from a fresh download: https://cloud.vectorworks.net/products/ If it STILL gives that error or a similar one after doing this, tech@vectorworks.net should be able to get you squared away.
