CarolineRedmond Posted April 28, 2004 Share Posted April 28, 2004 Hi, I'm using Vectorworks 10.5.1 and Artlantis 4.5 on a PC (OS is XP home). When I export a 3d model to Artlantis (using the plugin), some elements are missing when I open the .atl file in artlantis. Has anyone seen anything like this before or know how to resolve. Bryan_dup1 Posted April 28, 2004 Share Posted April 28, 2004 Caroline, Some ideas; If the "missing items" are symbols or nurb items, you need to convert them to different format. Make sure you assigned the items a fill color and that the item is filled in the attributes pallete. You can also try "export all colors" in the Artlantis export dialogue box. If you were updating an Artlantis files, make sure that file is closed in Artlantis. An open file doesn't update. Hope above helps. Quote Link to comment
