How do I modify what I want displayed using the provided plant - list

How do I change the fields I want displayed in the " Plantlist-simple " that is provided in the resource browsers, I would like to remove remarks and put in height and width ?

Time to learn how to edit worksheets!

First, select the plant list worksheet in the Object Browser and duplicate it.

Now, with your duplicate worksheet, open it (in its window) and use the Worksheet menu (in the window) to check the 'Database Header' option. You will now see the Database header row which defines what goes in the plant list.

Click in this row and tab along it. You will see a number of entries like:

= 'Plant Record'.'quantity'

In general this means that in this column is displayed the 'Quantity' field of the record named 'Plant Record'. Since what you want is width (spread) and height, simply replace the field name of the field you want to replace with the name of the field you wish to display.

This is a very short-cut description, of course, and you should also review the section in the VectorWorks manual on worksheets, especially those using databases.
