Scaling textures on subdivided primitives

There doesn't seem to be a way to scale or offset textures on subdivided primitives.  Nor does changing the object size in the resource manager make any difference.  Am I missing something?  Bonus points if anyone can tell me how to apply a decal to a subdivided primitive.

One method to change the scale of a texture on sub division is to apply the texture.  Once applied, go to the resource manager and right click > edit on the texture you applied.  You will then see a size option in the lower left corner.


Downside: This will affect all objects with this texture.

Thanks Josh.  I tried this.  Whether I change the size to .01" or 100', the scale of the texture on the object remains unchanged.

Did you create the Sub-D object yourself or import it?


If you imported it the size will be 10mm and you can change it to whatever you want it will make no difference because the map type is imported.
