Christiaan Posted June 14, 2017 Share Posted June 14, 2017 I'd like to be able to control the position of a profile relative to the path of an EAP, instead of it always being to the centre of the profile. Very few of the EAPs I create are best positioned with the path at the centre of the profile. Perhaps we could have some controls similar to the Wall Tool: 1. Left Control Line Mode 2. Centre Control Line Mode 3. Right Control Line Mode 4. Custom Control Line Mode 1 Quote Link to comment
0 bcd Posted June 14, 2017 Share Posted June 14, 2017 This can be done by editing the Profile and moving it into the correct position relative to the origin. There was an earlier wish to allow the inclusion of a locus point with the profile when creating the EAP to define the desired position of the path. Quote Link to comment

Different people use different workflows and not everyone is working with profiles that are Layer Plane or NURBS objects oriented in 3d space.
