Environment Reflections setting should be in OIP

Question

There's an important setting under Render Styles that let's the user set Environment Reflections, separately from the RW Background or Environment Lighting.

This setting is super important (for creating sky reflections in windows) so should have it's rightful place in the OIP just under RW Background too, making it available for when the user isn't using Render Styles.

Why don't Render Styles work like Door or Window styles?

They should controls to allow any part of the setting to be exposed or hidden in Ojbect Info.
