Problem inserting window and door symbols

I have created a set of symbols from the standard door and window plug-in objects but I am struggling to insert them into walls. When I created the symbols I check the 'insert in walls' option.

 

Is there anything else I need to do to insert symbols correctly into walls?

@TArchitNot sure why its not in but look at this file. I took a window, exploded it, adjusted a bit and recreated a symbol.

When I copy your window symbol within the same wall it inserts fine but when I copy and paste it outside the wall, draw a separate wall and try to reinsert it does not work. Do you know why this might be?

Could it be that Insertion Mode is not on??
