RussU Posted April 20, 2017 Share Posted April 20, 2017 Could someone advise me if I'm doing something wrong? I've absolutely loved the view cube when working on complex structures. Really really helpful. This is either a wishlist, or a "help me out" item! If I select a structural member in a file (perhaps an extrude or something) and hone the view in on that (open up the cube a bit in all directions for context) then when I go to an ISO view although I can see the content that passes through the cube, I can't snap to some of it... I'm fairly sure that it's because verticies are laying outside of the cube volumn, but it would be nice to snap to the edges also. When looking in wireframe on a side on view, some of those extrudes become invisible. In open GL you see the red cut plane, but you can't snap to it. Am I doing somthing wrong? or should I wish-list a "snap to cut plane" item? Thanks Quote Link to comment
