ThreeDot
Is there a way to assign casings to door and window objects? I can't imagine that drawing paths and extruding profiles for each opening is the recommended method, but I don't see a way to attach a polyline symbol in door and window settings. Similar question for base moldings. I see a Marionette method for crown moldings in the forum, but I'm having trouble getting that to work. I will try again if that is the current best practice. Paolo
Give a try with "Moulding plugins", a set of tools I developed sometime ago for the Vectordepot Market (now shut off). Start here: https://fitplot.it/vwplugins/mouldings.html The tools are all updated for Vectorworks 2018. I have decided to share these plugins free of charge, but if you find it useful in your work, well, a little PayPal contribution is welcome. 1 Quote Link to comment
welshpe
I use the Copper Beech Millwork profiles that shipped with VW2017 and extrude along a path - works great Quote Link to comment
