I have often thought not having this as a Dimension Standard is an oversight especially with all the Structural tools comping on line. To fix this, I have a custom Dimension that I use for calling out Structure. I can use the Eyedropper to place all the similar joists but I still have to place a copy of the fill arrow & resize, place the centre dot etc. The custom Dimension helps, but I still have to add a bunch of stuff. The attached would help a great deal.
