Popular Post Taproot
I was discussing site location maps with a colleague. Notably, how expedient and ugly it is to copy and paste a "google map" onto a beautifully rendered cover sheet. The discussion motivated me to look for an alternative - a way of presenting black and white line drawing maps without actually needing to trace them manually. After some research, I discovered "Snazzy Maps." It gives the user control over google map attribute display, I've set up a style which does what I want (I just add labels). You can access it, many other styles, or create your own. Link here: https://snazzymaps.com/style/99435/architectural-location-maps Edited March 30, 2017 by Taproot 7 Quote Link to comment

adim@proxyAV.com
I used the aforementioned Snazzymaps and it was way off on correct measurements so if accuracy is your primary concern I'd look for another option. Quote Link to comment
Boh
I've just been playing with this. As @Taprootsuggests it's a fantastic way to make quick consistent location plans that look good. Quote Link to comment
