I'm having the same issue as @APoeand @trodman. Package manager gets stuck at some specific libraries while downloading. I did a clean install of Vectorworks 2017 with all of its subsequent service packs up to SP3 and the package manager still gets stuck at "Sanitary Fixtures from: American Standard and Bradley" I tried changing the permissions on the application folder but it didn't work either. Any suggestions?
