HEengineering Posted March 23, 2017 Share Posted March 23, 2017 (edited) Maybe Im missing something here. I have tried to edit a reference file, and have made sure I have In place editing selected. However as soon as I try to edit it still appears locked, and gives me a prompt stating all changes will be lost upon updating? I have the suspicion this is only intended to work while in a project sharing setup? A single file reference in doesn't seem to behave this way. Jean_d Posted April 2, 2021 Share Posted April 2, 2021 Hello - A little late to the party - but it allows to modify referenced *ressources* (i.e. symbols, hatch, etc) - not referenced *documents*. But it would be nice to have somehow the possibility to overwrite a referenced file somehow. Quote Link to comment
