I would like Both a Paint Brush Tool & a Highlighter tool. This morning I was asked by an HVAC consultant for HVAC zones on a project. This was pretty straightforward, & didn't take long, about 20-25 minutes to do in the Annotation Layer. However; in the olden days I would have taken a highlighter to a plan & it would have taken 3-5 minutes. (Yeah, we had highlighters in the days of blue lines, eradicator fluid & Kroy Machines, & yes I would have had to have put this in the courier & it wouldn't have gotten to the consultant until the next day.)
I know I could have done this on a PDF, but I want the mark-up in my VW document.
