barkest
I have just tried a simple export to web vr and would like to try it on my mobile (LG G4). Do I copy the page address generated and just open a browser on my mobile? I would like to be able to walk/look aroun using a viewer with head movement. What do I need? I am a novice at this and don't want to buy something that does not do the job Thank you Quote Link to comment
AlanW
Yes just email it to your phone it's just a web link Quote Link to comment
bcd
Web VR has stereo mode (you need goggles to view the split screen with each eye) or mono mode - same functionality no goggles required, less immersive. www.Tinyurl.com does a good job of abbreviating those long web addresses. Quote Link to comment
barkest
Thank you How do I set the stereo/mono mode? Quote Link to comment
bcd
On your smartphone >bottom right>360º>Mono Mode/Stereo View You need to tip the phone down (looking towards the ground) and move the little dot to the relevant icon (walk/faster/slower/stop). It's a little like a puzzle ball game. Edited March 3, 2017 by bcd 1 Quote Link to comment
barkest
Thank you It seems a bit 'too easy' to run this, I am waiting for the catch Quote Link to comment
AlanW
Some glass is not see through and try an image prop with crossed planes to see it they have been resolved yet? Hopefully next issue will resolve them if not already sorted. Quote Link to comment
barkest
Ok so it was that easy I haven't got any goggles yet but in stereo mode i can move the mobile around and pan around the space. In first person mode with goggles will it work with a controller? (has anyone done this) thank you Edited March 3, 2017 by barkest Quote Link to comment
