Vectorworks Training

Can anyone at Vectorworks help us get started with a One on One training package we signed up for and PAID for THREE weeks ago.

 

Since then, we have only gotten a run arround from the various staff people, and have been transferred countless times into voicemail boxes where now one returns call.

 

Is there anyone who can help with this? Can we either get this scheduled or get a refund?
