I use a font manager called suitcase fusion, so I can have my 5000+ fonts on the machine and switch them on and off at will.
I don't usually need to swap font around in VW, but I have a job where I need to. I've installed the font into the suitcase, and switched it on, and it showed in the Adobe products straight away, but not in VW.
No problem, just restart VW and it's in the list... However when it's chosen, the font displayed shows as Arial only.
I am aware that VW only seems to support TrueType fonts and not Opentype, but has anyone ever found a work around?
Exporting a DXF out of illustrator isn't good, as the conversion from Bezier to polyline renders the outlines very poorly.
