Depends what you're talking about.

If you're talking about hidden line rendering, you'll want to adjust the smoothing angle in the line render preferences.

If you're talking about wireframe, adjust the 3-D conversion resolution preference in the 3-D preferences. Note that in 10.5 and thereafter, an isoline representation is used that doesn't have nearly as many lines visible in wireframe while still allowing for reasonable approximation of curves.

Note that the actual angle value is not used for most objects that VectorWorks "knows" are curved, such as extruded circles, sweeps, cones, spheres, and nurbs surfaces. For those surfaces, in 10.5, as long as the angle value is greater than 0, the non-profile facet lines are removed between faces.
