On my machine, the normal layout seems to end up with the Insert Other Media button vertically above the Submit button on posts. Often when I am posting, especially a response, the Submit button has scrolled off the bottom of the screen. If I am going quickly, I often fail to scroll down far enough and hit the Insert Media button. Then I have to close the dialog that pops up before ending the correct button.
I would like to see the button moved somewhere, maybe all the way to the left edge of the media box. This would make me less likely to accidentally hit it. I probably only attach media to 1 in 10 posts, so having this button slightly less accessible would not be a problem (for me.)
