vw crash

hi,

 

I bought vectorworks 2016 and seem to be having some problems. Whenever I am using vw, the software crashes very often. I have logged some days and it seems to happen about every hour, and this every time I use vw. I have tested having vw be the only running application, but that doesn't change anything; vw still crashes roughly every hour.

 

can someone help please? It's very annoying working like this!

@juliehaeneHi,

Have you installed all the service packs as when it first came out there were a few issues with crashing but were resolved after a few Service Pack issues.
