elliot
Since I've installed VW10.5(with dongle) on my two new G5 1.8Mhz-MacOSX10.2- I'm in front of a problem: After a certain time of work, the selection by rectangle is very slow; the only solution is restart the computers. Do you know this problem? Is there a solution. Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
matto
Have you tried repairing permissions? Strange i know but it does seem to stop VW getting lost and going slow. Quote Link to comment

I have the very same issue and I wish I could fix it. TY s. Quote Link to comment
Bryan_dup1
The "repair permissions" is in the "disk utility" app in your applications/utilities folder. It is not in OS 10.1, only in 10.2. You should run it at least once a week. I also have read that there are Unix utilities that are called cron scripts that also need to be run in certain periods of time. The problem I believe is that they are set to run in the middle of the night and most of us don;t keep our computers on 24hrs. I use a freebie app from the Apple download area called "Cocktail" that can run these utilities in the Mac OS. Quote Link to comment
