Fred Perkins
Thanks for responding so quickly. I have tried changing the page setup, saving then reopening. I have tried deleting the custom presets. I have tried reinstalling the print drivers. Yes, I even tried fixing the permissions. The file prints on other computers, and the file will print from the original computer if it is saved as a PDF and printed out of Acrobat. By the way, it is a Mac running OS 10.2.7 and VectorWorks 10.5 and the printers are an HP 800 and an HP 1055cm. Quote Link to comment
Fred Perkins
I just realized that it did not have version 10.5. I installed that and it seems to print fine now. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
Guest
If you happen to run into the problem again, email tech support and ask them for the clear print settings script. tech@nemetschek.net Quote Link to comment
