trim command in 10.5

Recommended Posts

Do either of the lines have an arrow head on them?

Before you click on the trim tool, with nothing selected, make sure you do not have the arrow head buttons in the attributes palette selected.

If they are, that would explain why the lines are getting the arrow heads.

Also check the class the new line is going into. Verify the class it belongs to does not have arrow heads set as a class attribute for that line.
