Stuart Gray
Is there a way of converting 3D locus points (with a 'Z' Value assigned under the Object Info Palette), into a DTM? If not does anyone have a suitable script? Regards Stuart GrayFAW Architects Northampton, EEngland Quote Link to comment
Guest
The DTM allows for you to run the command from 3d locus points or 3d polygons. Once you have all of your 3d locus points in place, just go to Site Model and run it. It will create a DTM from the locus points. Quote Link to comment
Stuart Gray
Katie, Thanks for your reply, I have tried the above, however I keep getting an error message saying, " there isn't enough valid data on the selected source layer to build a DTM" All of my 3D Loci have been assigned 'Z' Values and show correctly in an isometric and side views etc.. Not sure what I'm doing wrong...help! Regards Stuart Quote Link to comment
Guest
Stuart, Forward the file to tech@nemetschek.net and put it to the attn of Katie and I'll try to look at it as soon as I can to see what is causing the problem. Also include the version of VW Landmark you are using, please. [ 07-22-2002: Message edited by: Katie ] Quote Link to comment
