xaxakes74
I have installed Sierra and after the installation I couldn't import a jpg anymore as an 1-bit PNG in my Vectorworks 2016. It remains 32 bit and therefore I cannot change it's color as I used to do. Same thing happens to VWX 2017 Test Version. VectorWorks 2013 still works without a problem. Furthermore the plans which have already 1-bit Pngs in them although they show correctly on the screen when I try to export the plan as PDF the 1-bit PNGs show only B&W. I'm using a iMac 27'' 16 GB RAM, mid 2013 Anyone else has the same problem? Quote Link to comment
0 Francisco J. D. Rogers
Sorry: You are running VectorWorks 2016 on OSX Sierra? How is it? I tried a very times after update my Mac to run VW 2016, but nothing happens. The app icon even do not bounce on the dock. After that appears an error log and crash. Quote Link to comment
0 xaxakes74
It works fine apart for the 1-bit import and that all the plans that are using 1-bit import when I try to export them they are in Black and white which is very annoying. I have a laptop with the older Mac OS and I can continue to work properly. It's really annoying Quote Link to comment

0 xaxakes74
My Vectorworks support team wrote back after 2 weeks stating that this will be fixed with SP5 for VW2016 Unfortunately SP1 for VW2017 didn't fix it Quote Link to comment

Service packs are released free of charge. Quote Link to comment
0 Francisco J. D. Rogers
Then we must wait for it. I hope works fine. Other thing, I want migrate to 2017, but in Chile the projects are going less each day. Cheers Quote Link to comment
