When we select page-setup and select 8 1/2 x 11 paper size and landscape the plot area rotates to portrait and A4 paper size and it only prints the overlap of the two different paper sizes and orientation. This does not happen with our plotter only with our small epson printer This problem started after we upgraded to OS X.2.6. Vectorworks sent us a script file to fix it but that didn't work. You could also try switching to another printer and then back, or copy and pasting to a new file to see if that clears it up.
