HI Matt.

Goto the window tool, Not the WINDOOR one, but the specific window one. Mines in the Building Shell tool sets and is grouped with windoor, draw windoor objects, door, window

Select General tab on the side - Configuration setting (at the bottom) - select custom in drop down menu - click Custom Configuration Options.. button that apperas below.

That causes my vectorworks to crash regardless if its a new file or an existing project

Cheers

The following video was created in Vectorworks 2023 SP4.

Are these the correct steps?  I cannot get it to crash.

Please let us know if you come across any other information you thank may be related to the crash.

Actually, If you can reproduce it again and send me the crash log it might provide a clue.

Thanks Andy,

Can you also find and attach the ".DMP" file?  It should be timestamped with the time of the crash at this location:

C:\Users\(YourUsername)\AppData\Roaming\Nemetschek\Vectorworks\(YourVectorworksVersion)
