Keyboard not responding VW 2016-2017

Start typing a TEXT, then switch to another app leaving the TEXT command open, switch back to VW and try to input any letter/number/symbol... it does not work!!! Just the RETURN key works.

If you click on the VW screen, then it starts to work again.

This was not happening before VW 2016.

If you need to copy/paste texts often this is very annoying and time wasting.

So that other users on the forum can assist you more effectively, it would be very helpful if we know which operating system you are using (Mac Or Windows) and what version.

I gather that you're using Vw2016, but what service pack do you have installed?

You can also contact Tech Support directly as they might be able to assist you more effectively.

Hi, I am using last VW SP4 on 2016, with Mac Sierra, latest release.
