Absolute Height Option for Wall Components

Sometimes components need to be set relative to the top or bottom - but other times they need to have a fixed height.  So if we had a wainscot that is 42" - right now we would be forced to have a new wall style for every story height because we would have to reset the top bound of that component relative to the changing wall height.  It would be nice to be able to define the component height in absolute terms.

Ahm, I think you can do that (?)

You could set the wainscot height from : finish floor level + 42"
So it is independent from changing wall height.
If I got the problem right ?

Was trying to figure this out and it pointed in the right direction. I want to create a wall with Wainscot that goes 2' from the bottom of the wall.
