Mattheng
Hi, Have sorted out the main problems with the installations and am now getting all users on all computers up and running. When I install on a different user account on the same Mac I get these two messages when I am starting up. The user is connected to the internet and has full admin rights. Any ideas what could be wrong? Matt Quote Link to comment
0 Mattheng
Anyone? This is stopping certain users using 2017 right now and it is becoming a bit of a pain.... Matt Quote Link to comment
0 rDesign
@Mattheng- I don't know, but it sounds related to the 2017 library problems over at this other thread: Vw2017 Libraries Update Problem Quote Link to comment
0 Art V
If you are using windows computers then running VW2017 as administrator (to be set in the properties tab of the shortcut or the actual program) will solve this problem for now. They're working on a fix to be included in SP1 but that can take a few weeks according to @JimW Edit: overlooked you are using a Mac, but the above does work on windows so if you have access to a windows machine as well you could try using that if you want to be able to update libraries at startup.
