Would it be possible to have a "Back to Top" button to get you back to the top of a post? There is one for back to post topics but not back to top of the loooonnngggggg post you are in.

This is a great suggestion. Part of me wishes the forum title bar and navigation bar were static and didn't scroll with everything else. I find I'm constantly scrolling up.....

As a workaround I always do this by the "page up" key of my (full) keyboard.

On iOS it is a click on the most top of Safari, above the address bar. 

 

What I currently don't get working is that it jumps automatically to the newest,
unread post in a thread.
Like when I open a thread by a notification eMail link or go to unread posts.

For me it always starts with the first post.

(The pre existing selection of customization tools is one of the many reasons we went with this software package.)

Even better I just discovered, Home gets you to the top of the post and End gets you to the bottom of Post.

Can we get a floating button that returns us to the top of a page on our mobile devices. The menus are all the way up top and scrolling back up can get long.
