This was an interesting project to reproduce. I learned that everything in it has a purpose or is aligned to other element and definitely all views and light respond to a strategy, nothing random about it.

Here are a few views of the model and some other while I was in "action":

When I created the 3D promotional video, it was mainly to give a quick overview of tools available for different challenges in a project in only a few min. I believe next move will be to explain step by step how to approach certain sections.

Do you have suggestions on what parts we can dig deeper? Open to ideas.

Exactly,

I have seen that you do the same/similar Walls in 3D different ways.
That's what is interesting. Explaining :
- what you want to achieve
- wich tools are suitable
- how they are used
and
- what are advanteges or possible drawbacks for each way

And such an appealing demo project is so important to motivate, entertain
and keep attention.

What parts ?

Hmmh, no specific wishes so far.
I think such a project is suitable to show everything related to VW Architect,
from first design sketches, mass modeling over BIM, publishing until project archiving .... :)
I think parts of tools are already covered by some of the new (BIM) videos.

That Project may stand more for the more advanced, more custom design BIM workflow.
