Nurbs Surfaces

Hi, Couple of questions in the attached file.

When nurbs surface points have z value you don't see a texture but give one a Z value and you see the texture?

PtsU seem to cause errors in node so not sure what I am placing in incorrectly. Look at tried to put in these types but got errors???
