A tag to prevent from moving

Would want to have a simple tag to switch on and off to lock the drawing in place. Prevents from accidential moving of the entire drawing. I know that there are ways to lock it, but just would not want to click so many times.

I usually move that part to a separate layer which I show in my views, but not as active, then you can disable editing because it's not the active layer.

Would be nice to be able to lock layers instead.

I do civil surveying and export stake objects as csv files to my data collector. Then I put the markings on the field. In case the drawing had moved that would be a disaster. Every measured point would lie a bit away from the correct position.

Layer or class locking would be a really nice solution to my problema. Thank you.
