Callout tool in all versions

I don't understand why the callout tool is not available in the Spotlight version. It's a very usefull tool !

Is it possible to add it in the next release ?

I suspect gattoni is using a localized version, if that isn't the case it may just need to be added to the workspace.

According to the 2016 Commands and Tools Matrix, it exists in Spotlight but defaults as a flyout, so perhaps it can be found "behind" another tool that has a little black triangle (click and hold to view flyout tools).

Thank you for your comments. Actually I'm using the french version of VW2016 Spotlight, which has not the Callout tool (called "Legende" in french). I'm happy to know that it is included in all modules in the original VW, and I can't understand why it is not included in french (it exists, but not included in Spotlight) !!!

Why ???

That's why I put it here in the wishlist.

It may have been an intentional decision by the distributor or it may simply have been a mistake, I will add that info to the case and see what results. Thank you for clarifying which localized version you are using, that simplifies things.
