Wall Recess / Projection - Offset from Bottom of Wall

It would be helpful if the wall recess and projection would have an offset from the bottom of wall in addition to the top of wall offset. Saves me from doing a lot of math.

Heights of walls change in a model more than the the bottom elevation.
